The series consists of minutes and reports of the Interdepartmental Health and Hospital Council's (IHHC) Committee on Rehabilitation
and its Subcommittee on Services to the Blind and Deaf. Also included are final drafts of reports analyzing state program
needs and IHHC activities in the area of rehabilitation. Topics include disabled patients; rehabilitation; services to the
blind, visually handicapped, and deaf; and the needs of severely emotionally disturbed blind and deaf children.
