pursuant to Chapter 711 of the Laws of 1893, which allowed the Comptroller to advertise a list of the wild, vacant, and forest
lands for which the State held title. The Comptroller's notice as to ownership lists towns, lot numbers, a brief description
of the land, and the number of acres.
