Summary:
This series consists of monthly meeting minutes held by the Boards of Visitors of the Albion State Training School and its
predecessor institutions: Western Correctional Facility and Western Reformatory for Women. Subjects include physical plant
improvements, developments in health and educational programs, emergencies, and special events. Also included is a list of
inmates received and discharged; a census of inmates and infants and a count of inmates receiving dental and medical attention.
Records are restricted to protect personal privacy.
