Summary:
This series consists of printed materials on alcoholic beverage control solicited from all forty-nine other states. The commission
used these materials to assist in developing recommendations for legislative and regulatory changes in alcoholic beverage
control administration in New York State. Files for each state typically contain annual reports of the alcoholic beverage
control agency; laws, rules, and regulations regarding alcoholic beverage control administration; trade journals; and price
lists and price policy information.
