Summary:
This series consists of legal documents and related records compiled by the commission during the course of litigation initiated
by persons and corporations upon whom the commission had served subpoenas. The plaintiffs filed the court actions to quash
or limit the subpoenas. The bulk of the series is comprised of files of legal documents for each case. It also includes correspondence,
court orders, and court opinions.
