This series consists primarily of planning documents and research materials used to produce five-year comprehensive plans
for mental health services. The plans generally include an executive summary of significant events, goals, and setbacks; a
statement of goals, strategies, and objectives; sections on administration, finance, operating costs, capital plans, research,
framework for prevention and serving target groups, and service supply and demand estimates. Also included are records of
and interdepartmental Working Group on Mental Health.
