Summary:
The Temporary State Commission on Workers' Compensation was established to study the workers' compensation insurance rate-setting
process, including the role of the Compensation Insurance Rating Board, in both its ratemaking and regulatory aspects, and
to suggest improvements to the system. This series includes announcements of public hearings, transcripts and copies of testimony
given at public hearings, notices of sessions held, agendas for sessions, minutes of sessions, and the commission's final
report.
