This series consists of hospital records of Willard State Hospital employees who were treated there for physical ailments. Records include narrative descriptions of illnesses and treatments; instructions to nurses; laboratory test results; temperature charts; ward notes on patients' conditions and activities; and x-rays. At least one record is included for an employee's family member.
