This series consists entirely of news clippings and photographs from the office of the Director of Willard State Hospital (later Willard Psychiatric Center). The topic of the bulk of the clippings is an investigation of alleged patient abuse and administrative irregularities (1977-1978). Photographs depict various staff, patient, and unit activities. One group of photographs has captions attached; these appear to have been collected for a brochure promoting the facility.
