This series consists of a variety of inspection reports including night watch reports, which document supervising nurses'
visits to sick patients; weekly ward inspections by assistant physicians, which contain observations regarding cleanliness
of facilities and recommendations for improvement of conditions through elimination of fire hazards and completion of needed
repairs; and brief facility reports filed by the Safety department. Records are restricted.
