Summary:
This series consists of contracts, specifications, and proposals from contractors and suppliers for construction projects;
work on building additions, repairs and improvements; and for equipment for Utica State Hospital. Contracts included work
on fire escapes; chimneys; greenhouses; windows; skylights; floors; laundry equipment; sewers; additional buildings; printing;
kitchen equipment; beds; doorbells; coal; plumbing installation and telephone equipment. Also included are Board of Managers
approvals and authorizations to begin work on projects; farmland lease agreements and insurance agreements.
