Scope and Content Note
This series consists of one ledger created at the Utica State Hospital apparently to record sales or transfers of quantities of coffee and spices to several other state hospitals. Accounts include date; item and amount purchased; price per unit; and total amount paid. The ledger also contains an account for coffee and spices purchased by Utica State Hospital, and three accounts for purchases from coffee and spice vendors.
