This series consists of sign-in log books for the Willard State Hospital (later Willard Psychiatric Center) Board of Visitors. Special visits by board members to specific areas of the hospital are noted with dates and signatures, as well as attendance at regularly scheduled board meetings. Minutes of board meetings are included for the earliest years.
