This series consists of a log of microfilmed contagious diseases records produced by the Department of Health. The log shows
a type and year of communicable disease outbreak, apparent reel numbers, and date sent for filming. Scattered throughout the
log are notes on outcomes of film processing, such as records obliterated, missing, or mistakes in filming. There is no textual
or statistical information about diseases included in the log.
