The series is a compilation of issues of the magazine "Correction" for 1933, labelled as "Volume 3". This official publication of the New York State Department of Correction was published at the Elmira Reformatory and issued monthly. Location of other volumes in the bound set, or the identity of the person who may have owned it, is unknown.
