Summary:
This series consists of memoranda from staff of the New York State Library to Hugh M. Flick, and subsequently to State Education
Commissioner Ewald B. Nyquist, reporting on transfer of department records to/from offsite storage. The memoranda include
information on the transfer of the records as well as several summary lists of files and record series included in the group.
They were based on a 1969 survey of offsite records conducted by State Library staff.
