Scope and Content Note
This series consists of one shock therapy treatment log recording approximately 3,000 treatment sessions. Each daily entry lists names and technical data for patients receiving shock therapy. Remarks are also frequently included, usually concerning reasons why no treatment was given or when treatment was instituted or terminated.
