Summary:
This series records materials costs for construction and maintenance projects conducted at the Syracuse State Institution
for Feeble-Minded Children and (successor Syracuse State School for Mental Defectives. Projects include plumbing/drainage
systems improvements, wiring or telephone installation, heating system reconstruction, repairs, equipment expenditures, and
cost for industries (e.g., farm colonies). Arranged by project and year, entries include expenses, billing date, description
of the material or item and the total amount due. Volume 2 is restricted due to severe mold damage.
