Summary:

This series consists of monthly reports of children in Middletown State Hospital. The reports provide information on the total number of children; age of children; patients in residence at start and end of month; patients received (admissions, transfers, returns from convalescent care), and removed (discharges, deaths, transfers, placed in convalescent care); and children born in the hospital. Names of children are listed. Later forms include information on escapes; returns from escapes and patients reaching their 16th birthday. Records are restricted.
