Summary:
This series consists of index cards produced by the Division of Waterways Maintenance to facilitate access to revocable permits
for the use of canal lands and waters (Series B1789). Information includes name and address of permitted; permit date; Department
of Transportation region; permit number; permit costs; permit status and a brief description of the action approved by the
permit. Insurance permits also contain insurance policy or certificate of insurance numbers for the land or property described
by the permit.
