for the compilation of statistics. Information includes patient admission, re-admission, discharge, and death cards and weekly
lists of patients discharged and admitted. Weekly lists vary in content from detailed to mere lists of patient names, date,
sex, patient numbers, and manner of leaving for discharges or legally liable relative for admissions. Records are restricted.
