This volume was transferred to the State Archives by the Department of Correctional Services in 1977, but became estrayed shortly thereafter. It was discovered by Archives staff and accessioned in November of 2002.

The New York State Archives is part of the Office of Cultural Education, an office of the New York State Education Department.
