Summary:
This series consists predominantly of published annual reports of the Western House of Refuge, which became known as the New
York State Industrial School and later as the New York State Agricultural and Industrial School. Reports from 1894 to 1900
are missing. Also included are by-laws; newspaper reprints; pamphlets; an event program from the institution's centennial
and published annual reports of the Fiscal Supervisor of State Charities.
