This series indexes Series J2001, Records and Briefs on Appeal, for the years 1969-1983 only. The cases listed were appealed to the Appellate Division from the Special Terms of the Supreme Court. There is no finding aid for cases and briefs for later periods. Cases are typically decided within a few months of the arguments. Date of decision may be obtained by published Appellate Division reports. Each entry gives volume number, case numbers included in each volume, title of case, and docket number.
