This accession resulted from a project by State Archives staff in 2004 to identify, describe, and accession previously unaccessioned indexes.
B1853-04: In October 2018, New York State Archives staff interfiled an index to Governor Harriman's congratulatory statements into this accretion. This index is identified as Series 143 in the Syracuse University guide to the Harriman Papers.
