These volumes were most likely received sometime in 1983 along with a large quantity of other records that were transferred by the Division of Military and Naval Affairs to the State Archives. Somehow the volumes became estranged from the original accession and they were subsequently identified and accessioned as part of the 11th floor renovation project.
