In 2006, New York State Comptroller Alan G. Hevesi (in office 2003-2006) was investigated by the New York State Ethics Commission
for alleged inappropriate use of state employees to provide transport for his wife. This series consists of transcripts of
testimony and accompanying exhibits from the investigation. Also included is the commission's Notice of Probable Cause.
