Custodial History

These records were a gift from Gov. W. Averell Harriman in 1959 to Syracuse University Library's Manuscripts and Special Collections. The records were transferred to the New York State Archives in June 2006 and were accessioned in September 2007.

The New York State Archives is part of the Office of Cultural Education, an office of the New York State Education Department.
