Scope and Content Note

This series consists of one ledger volume documenting expenditures authorized by various appropriation acts of the legislature. The ledger records acts appropriating funds and lists payments made to numerous state agencies, offices, positions, etc.

The New York State Archives is part of the Office of Cultural Education, an office of the New York State Education Department.
