Perez-Hogan, director of the Office of Bilingual Education. Included are materials related to an agreement regarding education of Dominican and Puerto Rican immigrants; related, the Bilingual/ESL Technical Assistance Center program and the Two-Way Bilingual Education Program; efforts to make English the official language of the United States; and guidelines revisions for the education of Creole-speaking immigrants.
