Scope and Content Note
This series consists of one docket book documenting cases assigned to the State Commission Against Discrimination. Each entry typically gives case name, case number, date entered, to whom assigned, a very brief description of issue involved, other brief notes, and outcome (resolved, withdrawn, etc.).
The New York State Archives is part of the Office of Cultural Education, an office of the New York State Education Department.
