town, and election district. Numbers of male and female voters are also included for some counties. References to "personal"
and "non-personal" registrations may indicate whether or not mail-in registrations were permitted by the county. Mail-in registrations
are now permitted universally. The volume does not include data for the five boroughs of New York City.
