Administrative History

The Erie County Fiscal Stability Authority was established in 2005 (Ch. 182, Laws of 2005) to oversee Erie County's budget, financial and capital plans, and to issue bonds, notes or other obligations needed to achieve budgetary savings.

The New York State Archives is part of the Office of Cultural Education, an office of the New York State Education Department.
