This series consists of archival copies of the publicly accessible website of the Hudson River-Black River Regulating District.
B2116-07: This accretion consists of a copy of the Hudson River-Black River Regulating District website produced on December 31, 2006, shortly before Governor George E. Pataki (1995-2006) left office. It contains information about the district's role in reducing flooding and drought by regulating the flow of water into the Black River and upper Hudson River basins.
It also includes photographs of dams, reservoirs, and Adirondack waterways, news bulletins (2006), a list of board members, board meeting minutes (2006), and summary budget (2006-2009). Also included are materials concerning the Great Sacandaga Lake: the Upper Hudson/Sacandaga River Settlement Offer (2000) governing the lake's operations, regulations concerning the use of state-owned property at the lake, information about the Great Sacandaga Lake Historical Properties Management Plan, and draft Great Sacandaga Lake Permit System rules (2006).
B2116-08: This accretion consists of a copy of the Hudson River-Black River Regulating District website produced on May 13, 2008, shortly after the resignation of Governor Eliot L. Spitzer (2007-2008). It contains information about the organization's mission and photographs of dams, reservoirs, and Adirondack waterways, news bulletins (2006-2008), a list of board members, board meeting minutes (2008), and summary budget (2006-2009). Also included are materials relating to the Great Sacandaga Lake, most of which are also present in the December 31, 2006 copy of the site.
B2116-10: This accretion consists of a copy of the Hudson River-Black River Regulating District website produced on December 17, 2010, shortly before Governor David A. Paterson (2008-2010) left office. It contains information about the district's role in reducing flooding and drought by regulating the flow of water into the Black River and upper Hudson River basins. It also includes photographs of dams, reservoirs, and Adirondack waterways, additional news bulletins (2007-2010), a list of board members, board meeting minutes (2010), and summary budget (2009-2012). Also included are materials concerning the Great Sacandaga Lake, most of which are also present in previous copies of the site.
B2116-17: This accretion consists of a copy of the Hudson River-Black River Regulating District website produced on February 8, 2017, during Governor Andrew M. Cuomo's term of office (2011-present). It contains information about the organizations' mission, photographs, newer news bulletins (2011-2017), a list of board members, board meeting minutes (2013-2017), and summary budget (2015-2018). Also included are materials concerning the Great Sacandaga Lake, most of which are also present in previous copies of the site.
B2116-19: This accretion consists of a copy of the Hudson River-Black River Regulating District website produced on October 15, 2019, during Governor Andrew M. Cuomo's term of office (2011-present). Most of the information in this copy is present in previous copies. However, this copy contains additional news bulletins (2011-2019), board meeting minutes (2013-2019), and a new summary budget (2018-2021).
