This series consists of archival copies of the publicly accessible website of the Hudson River Park Trust.

B2118-07: This accretion consists of a copy of the Hudson River Park Trust site produced on December 21, 2006, shortly before Governor George E. Pataki (1995-2006) left office. It contains the text of the 1998 legislation that created the trust, information about the history of the park and the trust's board of directors, an annual financing plan (2005-2006), financial statements (2006), and procurement bidding materials. It also contains the trust's estuarine sanctuary management plan (2001) and maps and other information about athletic, educational, environmental, and other programs and facilities within the park. Rules and regulations governing park usage, policies relating to use of canoes and kayaks and docking of historic vessels within the park are also included.

B2118-08: This accretion consists of a copy of the Hudson River Park Trust site produced on May 9, 2008, shortly after the resignation of Governor Eliot L. Spitzer. It contains the text of the 1998 legislation that created the trust, information about the history of the park and the trust's board of directors, annual financing plans (2005-2008), financial statements (2006-2009), and procurement bidding materials. It also contains the trust's estuarine sanctuary management plan (2001); an undated presentation concerning the impact of dredging on the park's fish and aquatic invertebrates; and maps and other information about athletic, educational, environmental, and other programs and facilities within the park. Rules and regulations governing park usage and policies relating to use of canoes and kayaks and docking of historic vessels within the park are also included.

B2118-10: This accretion consists of a copy of the Hudson River Park Trust site produced on December 29, 2010, shortly before Governor David A. Paterson (2008-2010) left office. It contains the text of the 1998 legislation that created the trust, information about the history of the park and the trust's board of directors, annual financing plans (2004-2010), financial statements (2005-2010), an internal controls policy, and procurement bidding materials. Also present are the management plan and other information about the trust's estuarine sanctuary, which serves as an educational and recreational water area for fish and aquatic invertebrates; and maps and other information about athletic, educational, environmental, and other programs and facilities within the park. Rules and regulations governing park usage and policies concerning use of canoes and kayaks and docking of historic vessels within the park are also included.
