Scope and Content Note

This series consists of archival copies of the publicly accessible websites of the New York State Archives Partnership Trust.

B2171-07: This accretion consists of a copy of the Archives Partnership Trust site produced on March 2, 2007, shortly after Governor George E. Pataki (1995-2006) left office. It contains information about the trust's history, mission, and organizational structure, as well as information pertaining to membership and benefits for individual and corporate members, such as a subscription to New York Archives magazine (2001-2006). Also included is information about awards and financial support for researchers, including the Larry J. Hackman Research Residency Program, the Quinn-Archives Research Residency Program, and the Larry J. Hackman Research Seminar for Public Historians (2006). Information about the Archives store, which sells books, note cards, and reproduction photographic images, is also present.

B2171-08: This accretion consists of a copy of the Archives Partnership Trust site produced on June 8, 2008, after the resignation of Governor Eliot L. Spitzer (2007-2008). Researchers should note that, owing to the limitations of Web archiving technology, only the top page of this site was captured.

B2171-11: This accretion consists of a copy of the Archives Partnership Trust site produced on February 1, 2011, shortly after Governor David A. Paterson (2008-2010) left office. It contains information about the trust's history, mission, and organizational structure; minutes of meetings of the trust's board of directors and various committees (2008-2010); information regarding membership and benefits for individual and corporate members; and selected articles (2002-2010) from New York Archives magazine. Also included is information about awards and financial support for researchers, including the Larry J. Hackman Research Residency Program, the Quinn-Archives Research Residency, and funded research projects. Information about the Archives store, which sells books, note cards, and reproduction photographic images; the text of the legislation that established the trust; investment and financial information (2007-2010); and "Partners in Success" booklets listing supporters and members of the Trust (2006-2009) are also present.
