Administrative History
Carl Andrews was first elected to the Senate in a February 2002 special election. He represented the 20th Senate District, which consists of sections of the Brooklyn neighborhoods of Boro Park, Crown Heights, Flatbush, Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Sunset Park, and Windsor Terrace.
