Scope and Content Note
This series consists of drafts of speeches and statements and final copies of the statements made by State officials at the conference; minutes of the conference; brochures containing reports, agenda, and press releases; correspondence and memoranda relating to the monthly accident reports from police chiefs; and press releases, text of speeches, statements, articles and reports relating to traffic safety in general and especially to the problems of seat belts in automobiles.
