This series documents a number of Office of General Services (OGS) responsibilities including procuring equipment and supplies, providing architectural and construction management services, allocation of proper space utilization, coordinating the use of Empire State Plaza, in addition to promoting other various programs. The records document the administrations of Commissioners James C. O'Shea and John C. Egan.
