Scope and Content Note
This series consists of staff reports to the director of the Nursing Department of Willard Psychiatric Center. The records include reports from nurse administrators, nursing grounds supervision daily reports, nursing care needs assessment reports, patient acuity reports, scheduling reports, and departmental monthly and annual reports.
