Summary:
The Division of Library Development seeks to develop, strengthen, and improve library services to the people who use New York's
academic, public, school, and special libraries. This series consists of annual reports submitted by public libraries and
library systems to the Division of Library Development for use in statistical publications. The reports contain data on library
collections, services, transactions, staffing, public services information, operating budgets, capital funds, and other aspects
of library operation and development.
