Scope and Content Note
This series documents patients of several facility branches, wards, and asylums. Extent of coverage is sometimes uncertain. Typical information includes names, dates of admission, ages, origins, and physical conditions of patients as well as observations of behavior, treatment procedures, and other notes.
The New York State Archives is part of the Office of Cultural Education, an office of the New York State Education Department.
