This series documents the 2006 transition of public broadcasting stations from analog to digital television. Included in the series are reports from within the Office of Educational Television and Public Broadcasting of the system and financial requirements of this transition. Also included are a variety of grants written by the public broadcasting stations in New York State to obtain funding to support their transition to digital television.
