Scope and Content Note
This series provides intelligence examination results and summary classifications for individual service recipients. Information varies slightly over time but typically includes student name, admittance date, date of birth, a list of tests given with dates and test results, chronological age, mental age, and final diagnosis or classification by intelligence.
