Scope and Content Note
This fragmentary series documents typical events, physical conditions, and patient and staff activities. Types of records include patient bathing schedules, notes of minor in-clinic medical treatments, laundry reports, beauty shop appointments, notes on housekeeping conditions, records of meal menus, notes on disruptive incidents, and notes on client activities as groups and individuals. Specific ward or floor documented is not always apparent.
