This series consists of reports; publications; special studies; development plans; statistical publications; policy and procedure manuals; technical evaluation and related proposals guides; and assessments from the Reference Library at Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation. Some are of a general nature while others directly relate to the development and operation of Roosevelt Island from 1969-2001.
