Administrative History

Between 1989 and 1996, Alyce Russo served as the Planning Director of the Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation. Her responsibilities in this role included directing the planning of public and private sector development, formulating policy, and fundraising.

The New York State Archives is part of the Office of Cultural Education, an office of the New York State Education Department.
