Scope and Content Note
This series consists of meeting minutes and related records compiled by the board of directors of the Housing Trust Fund Corporation. Also included is other material reviewed at the meetings such as reports submitted by the corporation's director, treasurer, and Turnkey Program director; resolutions concerning the corporation's internal operations; Low Income Housing Trust Fund and Public Housing Modernization awards; and information pertaining to funds for developers of low income housing. Resolutions typically include briefing reports that detail the scope, location, and estimated cost of each funded project.
