Scope and Content Note
This series consists of the gubernatorial administration's copy of Governor Andrew Cuomo's program bills put forth to the New York State Senate and New York State Assembly. It provides the bill number, the bill, the purpose and justification for the bill, prior legislative history, fiscal implications, and the effective date if enacted. Program bill files for 2019 and 2020 were not included in the transfer.
