This series consists of board minutes, policy statements, clippings, reports, hearing transcripts, and correspondence that document the activities, operations, and decisions of the State University of New York's Board of Trustees. These records were maintained by Margaret O'Connor, who served as the board's secretary from it's creation in 1945 until 1965.
The New York State Archives is part of the Office of Cultural Education, an office of the New York State Education Department.
